Bringing your team together for a day away from the office is a golden opportunity to show how much you appreciate them, and foster new connections and thus fresh ideas.
We do team-building days on a regular basis and no, even though we find it fun, we're not going to suggest that you help us put marquees up. (But we do have the hook-up if that is your bag...)
